Fee Guide

Usage Fee	$200 / €174	A fee payable by the Member for the maintenance and repair works to be done on QVI Home Resorts. The fee is chargeable to the Member on a per-week-per-unit-per-year basis and shall be reviewed by QVI on an annual basis.
Xchange Fee	$118 / €103	A fee payable in order to utilise the facilities provided by XchangeWorld on a full week basis.
Split Week Xchange Fee	$78 / €68	A fee payable in order to utilise the facilities provided by XchangeWorld on a split week basis.
Guest Certificate Fee	$50 / €43	A fee applicable if the Member is not part of the check-in party.
QVI Membership Card Replacement Fee	$50 / €43	A fee required if the member loses his membership card and requests QVI to send a new one.
QVI Transfer of Ownership Fee	$150 / €136	This applies to club membership package holders only. The fee applies if the existing member wishes to transfer the ownership of his package.
Cancellation Fees applicable to bookings made at Home Resorts or Limited Collection resorts. A cancellation fee applies for any reason that the member wishes to cancel a confirmed reservation. If the cancellation fee is not paid, the member’s package entitlement may be forfeited.
Club Membership	$50 / €43	A fee of USD 50 / Euro 43 applies if cancellation is made 30 days to 8 days prior to check-in date.
	Full forfeiture	Full forfeiture of the entitlement week applies to cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Special Packages	$50 / €43	A fee of USD 50 / Euro 43 applies if cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to check-in date.
	$75 / €65	A fee of USD 75 / Euro 65 applies if cancellation is made 14 to 8 days prior to check-in date.
	Full forfeiture	Full forfeiture of the entitlement week applies to cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Fees applicable to bookings made at XchangeWorld resorts. A cancellation fee applies for any reason that the member wishes to cancel a confirmed reservation. If the cancellation fee is not paid, the member’s package entitlement may be forfeited. Holders of Special Packages cannot cancel any bookings made at XchangeWorld resorts.
XchangeWorld		More than Sixty (60) days prior to check-in date: – No Penalty
		Less than Sixty (60) days prior to check-in date: – The pre-paid exchange fee is forfeited – The week will be saved for future use up to expiry date of the week entitlement usage
		Less than Thirty (30) days prior to check-in date:  – The pre-paid exchange fee is forfeited  – The week entitlement is forfeited
Cancellation Protection Order (For QVI Club memberships only)	$19 / €17	Purchasing a CPO at the time of confirmation of your reservation at an XchangeWorld resort, will allow you to save your deposited week up to the expiry date, should you need to cancel your holiday 29 days or less prior to check-in date. You have the option of accepting CPO and paying the additional CPO fee on the replacement exchange reservation. No monetary refunds are allowed on cancellations. The CPO can only be purchased at the point of reservation and not after that. The CPO is valid for one time cancellation only.
